Bryan has 29 years of experience in Financial Services. Among those, 18 years have been a fusion of advisory, construction, and leadership within digital banking ventures. Additionally, he has undertaken roles in founding and providing guidance to Digital Banks, Venture Capitalists (VCs), and Fintech companies spanning Europe, the United States, and Asia. 

Throughout his professional journey, Bryan has collaborated with renowned entities including Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of Ireland, Rabobank, Alfa Bank Russia, NBAD, and Ernst & Young, among others. 

In his most recent endeavour, Bryan established TNEX Digital Bank Vietnam and assumed the position of CEO until a mere three months ago. His leadership was pivotal in guiding TNEX through a remarkable journey characterised by a culture of innovation and operational distinction. 

Over the course of the last three years, TNEX gained extensive recognition within the industry as one of Southeast Asia's most triumphant and inventive Digital Banks. It also gained acknowledgement as one of the world's most technologically advanced platforms in the realm of financial services.
