Hello and welcome to the website of New Era Digital Partners. I'm Ewan MacLeod, the founder. 

We are a boutique advisory firm based in Dubai, working with Financial Service providers, FinTechs and Government agencies to deliver and enable transformative digital experiences. 

I've had the privilege of working in the Middle East for almost four years. I first came to the region as Chief Transformation Officer of a leading bank in Oman, responsible for delivering the bank’s ambitious ‘digital first’ vision across a 3-year period. Before this, I was Chief Digital Officer at Nordea Bank based in Copenhagen driving the bank’s 3-year digital change mission and launching their corporate venture arm, Nordea Ventures.

While I still take full-time and interim positions in some situations, I have observed a specific need for a bespoke set of services that are in continual demand and interim in nature.
